The ministry's account of the Jiupeng firing of 16–18 September 2026 describes a kill-chain procedure joining shipborne radar, Air Force air control, mobile radars and drones through command nodes and a TAK interface to missiles and attack drones, with firing units dispersing and relocating. It describes no jammed link, lost node or denied sensor, and no assessment stage. Han Kuang 42 simulated a contested electromagnetic environment and communications fallback in April and rehearsed command-post takeover in August; no account yet pairs degradation with live fire.
