What is Vigil Professional?

What is included with every Professional plan?

The full Professional toolset. No tool is reserved for a larger plan; a plan decides only which research modules the tools work over.

What does module coverage mean?

The research modules your subscription includes. A page, record or saved item from a module outside your coverage says so instead of opening. Saved work from a module you stop covering is kept, and opens again if you cover it later.

Can I choose my modules?

Yes: any one, two or three. If the modules you choose make up a curated pack, you pay the pack’s price.

What are curated packs?

Fixed sets of two or three modules that are read together. Each costs less than selecting the same modules individually.

What is Professional Complete?

Every published Vigil module, including newly added modules.

Can I change my coverage later?

You can change your Professional coverage from your account. The exact timing of a change depends on the billing flow and will be shown before confirmation.

What happens to existing subscribers?

Your existing Professional subscription continues unchanged. No action is required.

Is public Vigil still available?

Yes. Everything Vigil publishes publicly — briefs, notes, Explore, Map and Watch — stays public and free, with no account.

Is Professional for one named user?

Yes. A subscription, its sign-in links and its sessions are personal. For a team or an organisation, write to us; that is a conversation.

How is billing handled?

By PayPal subscription, monthly or annual, in US dollars or euros, each at its own fixed price. Cancel at any time at PayPal; Professional stays open until the end of the period already paid for.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes. Annual billing costs ten months of the monthly price for twelve months of access — two months free on any coverage. The coverage and the toolset are identical on both.

Can a team work in Vigil together?
