Vigil cites it for the AGGREGATE and cites MND or the notification record for anything about a single day or a single case. The compiler's month boundaries and inclusion rules are its own and are not independently verified here.

  MEASURES COMMITMENTS, NOT DELIVERIES. The tracker's own description is aid "pledged to Ukraine", and it does not separately track what arrived. In-kind military aid is valued by "choosing an upper bound, when possible, e.g., by using the new purchase price even if much of the military equipment is probably used", so totals are deliberately biased high. Covers 41 donors plus EU institutions through June 2026; excludes private donations and most international-organisation flows. Never cite it as evidence that a system reached Ukraine.
