The strike-tempo-and-targets observable stayed active through the window: Russian attacks on the nights to 19 September damaged gas pipelines among other civil infrastructure across Kharkiv, Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts on regional-authority accounts, and port utilities at Odesa were reported struck on 15 September on a single trace this cycle could not corroborate and does not carry.
