黎巴嫩政府禁止真主黨的軍事活動

黎巴嫩內閣在同一天召開的緊急會議中決定，立即禁止真主黨一切安全與軍事活動，視其為違法，要求其將武器交給國家並僅從事政治活動，並指示軍隊在利塔尼河以北執行其計畫。真主黨的部長仍留在政府中。

The Lebanese state declared, in its own name, that Hezbollah's military activity is outside the law — the furthest any Lebanese government has gone. Whether the ban has been enforced is not established. Parliament extended its own term to May 2028 the same month, postponing elections.
