- Seated at Asaluyeh, the fourth district's area is the coast of the gas complex that Iran and Qatar share as one reservoir under two names. That makes it the naval district whose geography is most directly tied to the energy system this module is about: Iran's export pipelines and Qatar's liquefaction trains sit on opposite shores of the same water. Iranian media reported United States strikes at Asaluyeh among the sites hit on 1–2 September 2026, carried here as an Iranian report. Structural record only.
