Ukrainian drones struck the TANECO refining complex at Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan, roughly 1,200 km from the Ukrainian border. Tatarstan authorities reported 13 people killed and 78 injured across industrial and civilian sites in the city, including a child; nine of the dead were at a hostel and seven were Uzbek nationals according to Uzbekistan's consular office. Russia's foreign ministry called for international condemnation.
