Ukraińskie drony uderzyły w kompleks rafineryjny TANECO w Niżniekamsku w Tatarstanie, mniej więcej 1,200 km od granicy Ukrainy. Sztab Generalny Ukrainy potwierdził uderzenie w rafinerię i pożar zakładu. Władze Tatarstanu podały 13 zabitych i 78 rannych w obiektach przemysłowych i cywilnych w mieście, w tym dziecko; według urzędu konsularnego Uzbekistanu dziewięć ofiar śmiertelnych zginęło w hotelu robotniczym, a siedem było obywatelami Uzbekistanu. Rosyjskie MSZ wezwało do międzynarodowego potępienia.
