No financials and no forecasts. A record carries what a published source states about an organisation, its published facilities and its dated claims, with each claim kept apart by kind. Nothing here is a view on any company.

Locator — land outline from Natural Earth 110m (public domain); 3 places this record names, at the coordinates the module already publishes. No routes, boundaries, control or activity are drawn.

What this organisation is

Gazprom Neft operates the Moscow refinery at Kapotnya, which supplies a large share of the capital region's fuel market and was halted on the last day of the September 2026 Duma vote; the Omsk refinery in western Siberia, Russia's largest by throughput and some 2,500 km from the Ukrainian border; and, through Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, one of Russia's largest combined refining and petrochemical complexes in Bashkortostan. Each is a marker this module already publishes with its own sources; the record collects the operator edge and nothing else.

The second operator behind the refining tier, whose Moscow plant is the one the strike campaign reached inside the capital.
