Sweida's seats remain vacant pending a vote not yet scheduled; analysts note the chamber contains no organised opposition.

A working legislature is a transition milestone; a legislature without opposition and without Sweida is also a measure of how far inclusion still lags consolidation — the module's central tension, institutionalised.
