Does the Israel–Syria security agreement get signed?

Incursions continued in parallel with the US-mediated contacts: a civilian was killed during a night incursion at Jamla in western Daraa on 21–22 October, with no Israeli account found, after an advance into northern Quneitra on 20 October. The US envoy met al-Sharaa on 21 October and said on 23 October he expected an eventual understanding, giving no timetable. No round, text, timetable or withdrawal arrangement. No Israeli air, drone or missile strike found.
