概要
Foreign volunteer and anti-Kremlin opposition formations fighting on the Ukrainian side. A browsing group only — these organisations do NOT share a command; each serves under its own documented Ukrainian parent structure, stated on each record. Two frameworks recur beneath the grouping: the International Legion created in February 2022 under the Ground Forces, and the formations publicly associated with Defence Intelligence.

- Not territorial. Members have served on the eastern and southern fronts and, for the Russian and Belarusian formations, in the cross-border raids into Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions in 2023–24.
- 重要歷史
- Two frameworks explain nearly every record beneath this grouping. The first is the International Legion for the Defence of Ukraine, announced on 27 February 2022 and raised under the Ground Forces as the legal channel for foreign volunteers; by 2024 the Ground Forces had folded its combat battalions into assault regiments, so the Legion survives as a lineage rather than a standing unit. The second is the set of formations publicly associated with Defence Intelligence — the Belarusian regiment, the Siberian Battalion and, by most reporting, the Russian anti-Kremlin units — whose relationship to the service is claimed and reported rather than published. The Chechen battalions predate both, having fought on the Ukrainian side since 2014 under arrangements that differ unit by unit.

- As a grouping it has one analytical use: it collects the formations whose political meaning exceeds their military weight — the Russian citizens fighting Moscow, the Belarusian regiment, the Ichkerian battalions — so a reader can find them without the atlas pretending they are an army.
- 限制
- No shared command, no shared parent and no shared confidence: the members range from a regiment with a documented Ukrainian parent to units whose subordination is asserted only by themselves. The grouping is a shelf, and the record on each shelf states its own evidence.
