That is the value of the record and also its limit: what is established is the port call, verified from imagery, and what is not established is the cargo, which rests on two interested sources and which the agency that broke the story explicitly declined to confirm. One resupply is not a cycle. The question the module now has to hold is whether a second follows on a comparable interval, because a single sustainment run inside a three-month transition is consistent both with Moscow drawing down in an orderly way and with the transition being a form of words over an unchanged arrangement — and nothing published so far distinguishes them. Read beside the delivery of Russian armour to Tobruk in the same period, it is also a reminder that the Mediterranean logistics architecture this coast belongs to is no longer only Syrian.
