It is the module's one observed reduction in US presence on the flank stated by the United States itself, and it is recorded as the Department's own reasoning rather than as a finding about why it happened. The V Corps forward elements permanently stationed in Poland since 2022 and the US-led battlegroup there are unaffected by it on any source read.
