Podsumowanie

In 2005 the United States and Romania signed a defence cooperation agreement establishing a framework for the activities of US military forces, which the State Department describes as enabling US military access to several bases in Romania and facilitating defence cooperation and joint exercises. In 2011 the two issued a Joint Declaration on Strategic Partnership for the 21st Century, and in October 2020 they signed a Roadmap for Defense Cooperation for 2020-2030 setting strategic priorities including cybersecurity, military modernisation and multi-domain operations in the Black Sea.
