概要
Traditional hunter societies mobilised as village self-defence forces across central and southern Mali from 2015 as Katiba Macina's insurgency spread — locally organised, without unified command, armed and at times funded by the state and at other times raided by it; a class of groups rather than an organisation, which is why this record has no profile.
