- Seated at Rukla in Jonava district, the garrison NATO publishes for the German-framework battlegroup and the German-led brigade.
- 重要歷史
- The brigade is the older of Lithuania’s two authored manoeuvre formations and the one the principal-structure law has always named first. Its statute was re-issued on 8 April 2026 as the first of the year’s divisional statutes, stating in terms that it is a formation of the First Division subordinate to the division commander; the Seimas’s June 2025 amendment places a tank battalion in it, which is the formation’s published direction of change.

- A statute that names its parent in one sentence, and a garrison shared with the allied presence NATO describes as permanent: the national and German brigades at Rukla are the two formations whose relationship defines the Lithuanian ground in this module.
