لواء مناورة. ينص نظامه الأساسي المؤرخ في 8 أبريل 2026 صراحةً على أن اللواء تشكيل من تشكيلات الفرقة الأولى يخضع لقائد الفرقة، ويحدد مقره في Rukla بمنطقة Jonava — وهي الحامية التي ينشرها حلف الناتو للمجموعة القتالية متعددة الجنسيات التي تتولى ألمانيا دور الدولة الإطارية فيها.

- Seated at Rukla in Jonava district, the garrison NATO publishes for the German-framework battlegroup and the German-led brigade.
- تاريخ بارز
- The brigade is the older of Lithuania’s two authored manoeuvre formations and the one the principal-structure law has always named first. Its statute was re-issued on 8 April 2026 as the first of the year’s divisional statutes, stating in terms that it is a formation of the First Division subordinate to the division commander; the Seimas’s June 2025 amendment places a tank battalion in it, which is the formation’s published direction of change.
