Context, not targeting. A system record names published markers and published operators and states dependencies at the level a published institution does. It carries no facility-level capacity, vulnerability, protection or repair detail; the schema has no field for any of it.

此系統是什麼

Ukraine's grain, oilseed and metals exports move by sea from the Odesa-area ports, with land routes through Europe a costly partial substitute. The route was blockaded in 2022, ran under a negotiated corridor until 2023, and has operated unilaterally since Ukrainian sea denial pushed the Russian fleet east.

The maritime half of Ukraine's export revenue and of Russia's southern sustainment; the system where sea denial, war-risk cover and corridor politics meet.

系統

概覽
The network is two coasts and one sea. On the Ukrainian side the Odesa-area ports are the only outlet at scale for an export economy built on grain, oilseeds and metals, and the module's export record traces their history from the 2022 blockade through the negotiated corridor to the unilateral route that has operated since. On the Russian side the markers run from Novorossiysk and the Tuapse refinery and terminal to the occupied Azov ports, the Kerch crossing and the Crimean bases — the coastal end of the rear-area system and the object of Ukrainian sea denial.
Current state · as of 2026-10-03
The unilateral Ukrainian route is operating under attack: Russian strikes and Russian claims of strikes on the Odesa-area ports and on merchant ships continued through September 2026, and on 3 October a Liberian-flagged cargo ship was struck at a port near Odesa, killing one crew member, in what the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority called a Russian attack. On the Russian coast, the Krasnodar governor declared a regional emergency on 24 September, backdated to 12 August, citing suspended port operations and disrupted shipping in the Azov–Black Sea basin, and an analysis carried by Reuters put about 80 per cent of the region's grain-terminal capacity idle but operable. No independent figure measures the effect on either side's export volumes.

A Liberian-flagged cargo ship was struck at a port near Odesa, killing one crew member and injuring three; the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority attributed the strike to Russia and did not name the port.
