概要
The second of the two divisions on the Romanian Land Forces Staff’s organisation chart, carrying the honorific “Gemina”. Its subordinate brigades and regiments are listed as classes without names, and no formation below the division is authored for Romania. The ministry states that it continues the traditions of the 4th (Northern) Army founded on 15 August 1916.

- A share of Romanian territory the service does not publish on its chart; the ministry’s release places the division’s headquarters in Transylvania, and nothing more is recorded.
- 重要歷史
- The Land Forces Staff’s chart names the division as one of its two major formations with the same published template as its sister — combat brigades, mixed artillery regiments, an air-defence regiment, a logistic base and support battalions, as classes. The ministry’s release on the defence minister’s visit of 11 August 2026 states that 15 August marks 110 years since the founding of the 4th (Northern) Army, whose traditions the division continues, and that the division’s command presented its principal missions and its modernisation and equipment programme — none of which the release details.
