- 廣泛活動地區
- South-eastern Finland, from a published seat at Vekaranjärvi in Kouvola. The seat is the garrison the brigade publishes; no area of operations is published or drawn.
- 重要歷史
- The Army publishes the brigade as one of its eight brigade-level units with a task stated in readiness terms — maintaining readiness and immediate operational capability and producing high-performance troops — and no founding date or lineage, so none is carried. Its weight in this module is geographic: it is the Army’s brigade-level organisation on the historical invasion axis between the Gulf of Finland and Lake Saimaa, and its page reports a local defence exercise in South Karelia and brigade-level exercising with United States forces in 2026.
- 優勢
- Position and a published readiness vocabulary. Of the Army’s named brigades this is the one whose own description speaks of immediate operational capability rather than training alone, and it sits on the shortest line between the border and the capital region.
- 限制
- The readiness phrase is the brigade’s, not a measurement, and nothing beneath it is published: no subordinate unit, no wartime formation, no equipment attributed to it rather than to the service, and the exercises its page reports are rehearsals, not a standing allied presence at the garrison. This record stops at the words the Army uses.
