- 部分
- 廣泛活動地區
- Helsinki and the Uusimaa region, from a published seat in Helsinki. The regiment states its defensive purpose for that region; no area of operations is published beyond the region’s name.
- 重要歷史
- The Army publishes the regiment among its eight brigade-level units with the most specific task statement of any of them — troops specialised in urban warfare to defend Helsinki and Uusimaa — and no founding date, so none is carried. Its page reports recurring local defence exercises in the capital built around repelling attacks, which is the Army’s published expression of the local-unit category it describes at service level.
- 優勢
- A published purpose tied to the one place in Finland whose defence is also the defence of the state’s political centre. The regiment is the Army’s named answer to urban defence, and its exercises in the capital are published rather than inferred — which is more than most allied armies publish about who trains for the defence of their capital.
- 限制
- A training organisation for a wartime role that is not itself published. No subordinate unit, no wartime formation and no equipment is attributed to it, and the size of the exercises its page reports is not carried here, because a rehearsal’s participation figure is not a structural fact.
