Territorial Command — Army of the Czech Republic — Force Atlas

概要

The Czech armed forces’ territorial command, which the ministry describes as a tactical-level component that reports to the Chief of the General Staff in peacetime and passes into the subordination of the joint force commander in crisis and war. It is filed under the root on its peacetime line; the wartime line is recorded here in prose and not as a second parent.

廣泛活動地區: Czech territory; the ministry publishes the command’s seat and nothing below it, and no area is recorded.
重要歷史: The command appears on the ministry’s structure page among the six major commands without a date. Its own page states the arrangement that distinguishes it from the others: a tactical-level component that reports to the Chief of the General Staff in peacetime and transitions into subordination of the joint force commander in states of crisis and wartime — the only one of the Czech commands whose page describes a change of subordination by condition.
優勢: A territorial layer with a published wartime chain: the ministry states in terms that the command passes to the joint force commander when the state moves from peace to crisis or war, which is the mechanism that turns a home-defence organisation into part of the operational force. For a depth state on the flank, that is the relationship that matters most and it is stated by the state itself.
限制: The page publishes the command, its leadership and its reporting lines and nothing beneath it: no regional command, no reserve unit, no formation date. The record therefore cannot say how territorial defence is organised on the ground, and it does not draw on the source audit’s inference about the Active Reserve.
