- The Armed Forces Reserve Command is the older of the two bodies that the 2022 reform brought together: when the All-out Defense Mobilization Agency was created on 1 January 2022 by merging the mobilisation policy office with this command, the Reserve Command was not abolished but continued as an affiliated organisation beneath the new agency. That distinction is the substance of the reform rather than a filing detail — policy and force generation were put under one roof while the troop command that actually runs call-ups kept its own identity and chain.
