- Not territorial; the depot, rail and road system from the industrial hinterland to the front. Nothing about nodes, routes or capacities is authored — the module's logistics record carries the system at the level the safety rule allows.
- Historique notable
- Consolidated in 2010 from the separate rear and armaments services into a single Material-Technical Support system under a deputy minister, on the reform's logic that one chain should own supply from factory to unit. The 2022 invasion tested it in the first week — the northern axis stalled in part on fuel and rations — and the war since has been fought on a rail- and depot-dependent system whose depth Ukraine's deep-strike campaign has tested from 2023: ammunition depots, fuel storage, rail junctions and, from 2025, the refineries that make the fuel. The 2024 change of defence minister brought a purge of the procurement and logistics leadership on corruption charges, which is the institutional fact the record carries about the system's management.
