- Eastern Siberia and the Russian Far East, from Lake Baikal to the Pacific, with the Chinese and Korean borders. Nothing about dispositions is authored.
- Historique notable
- Created in the 2010 reform from the Far Eastern and part of the Siberian districts, with the Pacific Fleet in its strategic direction. Its formations were among the first committed in 2022 — the northern axis on Kyiv was staffed in large part from the Far East — and the 5th Combined Arms Army, the district's peacetime formation the module carries, has fought in the south and east since. The district's other structural fact is the Korean border: the North Korean troops recorded in the module from October 2024 arrived through the Far East, and the Russia–North Korea treaty and munitions relationships the module authors run through its territory.
