يسجّل تقرير الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة S/2026/566 مذكرة تفاهم أمريكية–إيرانية، أُعلنت في 14 يونيو 2026، نصّت أيضًا على وقف الأعمال العدائية على الجبهة اللبنانية، ووقفًا لإطلاق النار بين حزب الله وإسرائيل دخل حيز النفاذ في 19 يونيو. وأفادت Reuters، نقلًا عن مسؤول أمريكي، بأنه جرى التوصل إليه بوساطة أمريكية وقطرية. وتبقى القوات الإسرائيلية في جنوب لبنان خلف خط الدفاع الأمامي.
