東北部能源鏈自8月以來第四度受創，沒有修復時間表

敘利亞石油公司表示，2026年10月15日傍晚，哈塞克南部的Jbessa天然氣管線發生爆炸，並稱之為蓄意破壞，未點名任何一方；發電廠將透過替代安排持續獲得天然氣供應。這是已移交的東北部能源鏈自8月以來第四次中斷，前三次為8月18日、9月28日，以及10月7日的Tal Hamis輸油管線。同一天上午，荷姆斯以西的Baniyas–荷姆斯成品油管線被發現遭鑿穿，官方媒體稱之為竊盜未遂；沒有任何跡象將兩者聯繫起來。營運方於10月8日表示Tal Hamis管線已修復；截至10月31日，未有Jbessa管線恢復運作的報導。

The chain is the northeast's first large asset transferred to the state, and the series measures two things: whether interruptions recur and whether the state repairs them. They have recurred four times in two months; three of four repairs are on the operator's record. The operator has called each incident sabotage and published no finding, so the series establishes neither responsibility nor whether these are attacks or theft.
