摘要
On 17 June 2026 the German and Polish defence ministers, Boris Pistorius and Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, signed a bilateral defence agreement in Warsaw. The German defence ministry describes it as replacing and expanding the framework arrangement of October 2011. Its stated fields are joint exercises, mutual logistical support and easier transit of troops and materiel, the protection of critical infrastructure and sea lanes in the Baltic, and air-defence cooperation including the Patriot system and interceptor production, alongside armaments and research. The ministry names the November 2026 Grand Eagle exercise, which moves German forces through Poland to Lithuania, as an example of the cooperation.
為何重要
Germany's brigade in Lithuania depends on moving through Poland, and the two states are the flank's largest European spenders on land forces and air defence. A framework that writes transit, logistics and Baltic maritime security into one bilateral instrument is part of the reinforcement depth this module describes. What the agreement obliges in practice is not published, and a signed framework is not a capability.

仍然未知的事項
- The agreement text was not read. Whether it restates the mutual-assistance clauses of the North Atlantic Treaty or the EU treaty, as some reporting says, is not established here, and neither is its ratification or entry into force.
- One report describes a jointly led command rotating every four years; it rests on a single outlet and is not carried.
