威爾斯峰會議定戰備行動計畫

發生了什麼

在俄羅斯併吞克里米亞之後，盟國於威爾斯峰會同意實施戰備行動計畫，這是一套回應北約邊境安全環境變化的安撫與調適措施。其措施之一是在北約快速反應部隊內設立的「先鋒部隊」——極高度戰備聯合特遣部隊。

The Readiness Action Plan is where NATO's modern eastern-flank posture starts. The NATO Force Integration Units this module carries as a class record were established under it, the assurance measures it introduced are what supplemented Baltic Air Policing and put additional aircraft into Poland, and the readiness concept it created is the one the NATO Force Model later replaced.
