- Azerbaijan, with a publicly stated role in the territories recovered in 2020 and 2023, where the reconstruction programme and the return of displaced Azerbaijanis are administered. Nothing about dispositions is authored.
- Примітна історія
- Raised in 1991 on the Soviet internal-troops model as a force of the Interior Ministry, separate from the army, and used through the 1990s for internal order and the rear of the first Karabakh war. After the 2020 war the ministry's structures took up policing in the recovered districts behind the army, and after the September 2023 offensive and the departure of the Karabakh Armenian population the internal troops and police became the state presence in Khankendi and the former Karabakh territory, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent's departure in 2024 removed the last other force. The February 2026 sentencing of the former Karabakh leadership in Baku closed the legal file on the entity those structures replaced.
