Armenia: Fifteen systems reported ordered in 2022 for around US$720 million; the first battery shipped in November 2024 and further batches were planned through 2025. Armenia is the first foreign operator.

Battlefield role

Medium-range area defence against aircraft, helicopters and drones; the middle layer of a rebuilt air-defence architecture.

Strengths

A supplier outside the Russian system, a mobile launcher and radar package, and a delivery schedule that has actually produced hardware.

Limitations

An untested system in Armenian hands, delivered in batches whose completion is reported rather than confirmed; its performance against the loitering munitions that defeated its predecessors is unknown. No sites or coverage are recorded.
