The longest schedule in the module: contracted in 2021, first delivery in 2029, the last boats in the mid-2030s, with the Norwegian Ula class and the German 212A fleet carrying the task meanwhile. A single yard building for three navies is a capacity question the programme has yet to answer. No fleet status, basing or patrol information is recorded.

A programme record: the 2021 contracts, the German option exercised in December 2024, the Norwegian expansion of 30 January 2026, and the start of construction in September 2023 are the published milestones, from the two ministries and the yard. No boat has been delivered. Poland's separate submarine programme, awarded to Sweden's Saab in June 2026 according to the module's economy layer, is not this family and is not recorded here.
