Resolution 2803 requires the International Stabilization Force to act in close consultation with Egypt and Israel, and Gen. Hassan Rashad sits on the Gaza Executive Board named by the White House. Rafah, Gaza's crossing with Egypt, reopened for people on 2 February 2026.
