Türkiye and Syria signed a joint training and advisory memorandum of understanding in Ankara on 13 August 2025. لماذا يهم

It is the clearest measure of how far the transition has reorganised the region's alignments: the state whose forces entered Syria three times is now training the army of the government in Damascus.
