In documented Ukrainian use since mid-2022; the 2022 depot and headquarters-strike campaign is its signature documented effect. Employment tracks US munitions policy, including the 2023–24 aid interruption. NATO EASTERN FLANK. The same launcher is the long-range rocket artillery of the Baltic states' and Poland's rearmament: the three Baltic states contracted it in 2022–2023 and Poland in two stages from 2019, all through US Foreign Military Sales. The module records these as programmes with the dates their ministries announced; it records no launcher counts, no munition stocks and no unit assignments, because the same system in an allied inventory is a procurement fact and nothing else. The Taiwan purchase is a separate, per-module record (himars-taiwan).
