Станом на 2026-09-22Lithuania is the module's thinnest-sourced front-line host and one of its most connected. NATO establishes the German-led brigade and the permanent base, inaugurated May 2025, and Šiauliai as the air-policing base used since the mission began in 2004; Lithuania's own government hosts are bot-gated, so its national structure rests on the legal-acts register. In the economy layer, Rheinmetall's Baisogala plant broke ground in November 2025 and no source read in September 2026 says it is operating; Lithuania contracted NASAMS in October 2024 with delivery reported from April 2026 and not confirmed on an official page; and Boxer vehicles are ordered with part to be built in Lithuania. In the hybrid layer, a Lithuanian court convicted the perpetrator of a May 2024 Vilnius arson. Lithuanian intelligence supplied the only public allied participant figure for Zapad-2025, which differs from the Belarusian ministry's, and the module records the disagreement rather than a number of its own. Kaunas is the first Rail Baltica node north of Poland, on a main line the Baltic prime ministers rescheduled on 22 September 2026. Lithuania holds one side of the Suwałki geography; that record describes the ground and refuses the scenario.
