The Army flag: a red field charged with a navy rectangle bearing the white sun of twelve rays, 2:3 — the National Revolutionary Army's flag, carried by the Army since. The design was verified independently of the file: the Armed Forces Flags Act and the vexillological record both give a red field with the blue-sky white-sun panel at the centre, which is what this file draws. - The southern of the ROC Army's three standing corps, designated the Fourth Theatre of Operations in the reorganisation effective 1 January 2022. Its area contains the island's largest port and the southern end of the western coastal plain — the part of Taiwan's west coast that published landing analysis returns to most often, because it is where suitable beaches and the road network behind them coincide. The command also sits at the northern end of the Bashi Channel problem: the waters between southern Taiwan and Luzon are where the maritime and air approaches from the Philippine Sea converge, and they are the same waters the Philippine Northern Luzon Command looks north across.
