- The armed forces’ own networks and command-and-control systems across Norway, which the organisation states it delivers, operates and defends against digital threats, with personnel at roughly forty locations in the country.
- Примітна історія
- Norway published cyber defence as a branch of the armed forces in its own right rather than as a staff function, and the organisation describes its task as maintaining the armed forces’ freedom of action in the cyber domain: delivering IT services and communications, detecting and defending against attacks, and training the technicians and operators. The published structure of December 2025 — staff, IT division, CIS regiment, security centre — is the organisation the Joint Headquarters’ shared situational picture runs on.

In a module where hybrid pressure on the northern flank is a standing hypothesis, the fact that Norway publishes which organisation defends its military networks, and that it is a branch with a regiment and a security centre, is the structural fact worth recording.
