نبذة
The National Guard’s brigade for Kurzeme, western Latvia and the Baltic coast, seated at Kuldīga since 1 September 2018, when the headquarters moved from Liepāja. Formed on 30 June 1992 as the 4th Kurzeme district brigade and restored as a brigade in 2018. Its published tasks are training and the defence of the land territory; its battalions are published and sit below this module’s floor.

- تاريخ بارز
- Formed on 30 June 1992 as the 4th Kurzeme district brigade, restructured with the rest of the National Guard in 2018 and moved from Liepāja to Kuldīga on 1 September 2018. Its page publishes its tasks in training terms — battalion training plans, instruction of soldiers, guardsmen and candidates, infantry training for security and defence operations — which is a description of a force-generation role for the region rather than of a manoeuvre formation.
