An armoured infantry brigade of the Hungarian Defence Forces under the joint operations command, listed on the defence forces’ index as the 30th. Its page states its purpose as the armed defence of the homeland and the securing of the state border, and records its establishment under the present form on 1 January 2023 after a reorganisation.

- The page traces the brigade to a rifle regiment raised on 1 November 1951, moved to its present garrison in 1953, reorganised as a mechanised rifle unit in 1987 and largely dissolved after conscription was suspended in 2004. The defence minister established it in its present form with effect from 1 January 2023, which the page calls an important change in the garrison’s life, and the designation was adjusted again from 1 September 2026.
