أفادت التقارير باضطراب التدفقات من جزيرة خارك عقب بدء اعتراض بحري أمريكي للصادرات النفطية الإيرانية. وأفادت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية بأنها حوّلت مسار أكثر من 140 سفينة وعطّلت تسع سفن خلال الحصار.
