الفيلق الشمالي الغربي، ومقره Shamkir — القطاع المواجه لحدود تافوش الأرمينية، حيث سبق قتالُ يوليو 2020 الحربَ، وحيث أعاد ترسيم الحدود عام 2024 أربع قرى، وحيث تمر خطوط أنابيب ممر الغاز الجنوبي وسككه الحديدية في مرمى الخط.

- تاريخ بارز
- The 3rd Corps holds the frontier that was never part of the Karabakh line: the international border with Armenia's Tavush province, where the July 2020 clashes — three months before the war — took place and where the 2024 delimitation agreement returned four villages to Azerbaijani control, the only section of the border yet delimited. The corps sector also carries the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan pipeline and the Southern Gas Corridor's route to Georgia, within range of the line. Ganja, its regional centre, was struck by Armenian ballistic missiles in October 2020. No brigade is listed here.
