Коротко

The armed forces of the alliance’s Black Sea shoulder. The defence portal publishes the Defence Staff and the three services and nothing under them; the Defence Staff’s own site adds six joint commands, and each service publishes its own chart — the Land Forces name two divisions and no brigade, the Naval Forces name their fleet and river commands, and the Air Force names its units and the systems it flies.

Широкий район діяльності
Romania — the Black Sea coast, the Danube frontage and the border with Ukraine and Moldova; the seat of Multinational Division Southeast is carried on the NATO record, not here.
Примітна історія
Romania joined NATO in 2004. Its defence portal publishes the Statul Major al Apărării — the Defence Staff — and the land, air and naval services, and the staff’s own site lists the joint commands beneath it, from the Joint Forces Command to cyber defence and special operations. Each service maintains its own site with its own organisation page, which is why this tree’s depth differs by service: division for the land forces, command and flotilla for the navy, and command, brigade and regiment for the air force.
Сильні сторони
The load-bearing state for this module’s airspace series: the ministry publishes per-incident releases and cumulative totals for violations, debris finds and air-policing missions, which no other Black Sea ally does. Structurally, the three services publish their own charts, so the tree beneath them rests on the state’s own naming rather than on reconstruction, and Romania hosts a multinational division headquarters, a forward battlegroup and the alliance’s Black Sea air policing.
Обмеження
The joint commands the Defence Staff lists are not authored, so the root understates its source at the joint level; the land chart names no brigade, the naval divizioane are below the floor and six numbered air bases are basing facts. The Defence Staff publishes no role statement and no dates on the pages read, and the ministry’s English site does not resolve, so the record is drawn from Romanian pages throughout.
