Коротко
Romania’s ground-based air-defence brigade, published on the Air Force’s unit list with its own page: formed in 1973 from two anti-aircraft artillery regiments and named under its present designation on 1 September 2001, it performs air-policing combat duty under national command. Its sites, sectors, holdings and readiness are not published and are refused here: this module records that an air-defence formation exists, never where its coverage lies.

- The brigade’s page traces its lineage to 1959, when anti-aircraft regiments were first equipped with missiles, and dates the brigade itself to 1973, when two anti-aircraft artillery regiments were merged. It received its present designation on 1 September 2001 and carries the honorific of General Nicolae Dăscălescu, the first regimental commander. The page records the first Western-origin system in 2006, with a HAWK battalion, and that battalion’s first live firing on 8 November 2012 — milestones, not holdings.
