- A German–Netherlands corps headquarters affiliated to NATO as a high-readiness land headquarters and describing itself as a multinational warfighting headquarters assigned to NATO and the EU. It took responsibility for Estonia and Latvia on 30 June 2026 — the single largest change to this theatre's command picture in the period this module covers, and one the P0 blueprint predated entirely — and in August 2026 Estonia, Latvia, Denmark and Canada formally joined the corps, bringing its participating nations to sixteen by its own count.

- A standing bi-national headquarters is a rare thing: two states manning one corps staff continuously, rather than assembling one for an exercise. The August 2026 accession of the two host states and two of the framework nations in the Baltic puts the states whose defence it now plans inside its own staff.
- Обмеження
- It is neither a NATO body nor a Union body. Its identity is bi-national, which is why it carries no state flag here, and its NATO role is an affiliation rather than subordination. What "responsibility for Estonia and Latvia" means doctrinally is stated only on a site closed to tools, so no command edge to any Baltic formation or to the Ādaži division is drawn; the division's own corps relationship is left open on its record for the same reason.
