Organisational mark: Flag of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK). The formation’s own flag. RDK is a Russian anti-Kremlin volunteer formation fighting on the Ukrainian side, so this is ITS mark and neither a Russian nor a Ukrainian state symbol — the record deliberately carries no state flag at all. The file shipped is the Wikimedia Commons SVG "Flag of the Russian Volunteer Corps.svg", which its uploader released as public domain; Vigil does not assert a statutory exemption for it, because the Ukrainian official-symbol exemption covers state authorities and the Armed Forces of Ukraine and this formation is neither.
