نبذة
The force-development body. The principal-structure law lists a training and doctrine directorate with an instruction regiment among the armed forces’ components, and the Land Force statute of 1 September 2026 has the Land Force coordinating training-area occupancy plans with it. No source establishes where it sits in the Lithuanian command structure, so it carries no tree parent: its own official name places it inside the armed forces and no further.

Those two references establish the organisation, its official name and its function. Nothing read establishes the commander it answers to, and P4.6 removed an inferred parent for exactly that reason.
